ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ УЗБЕКИСТАН

В статье рассматриваются перспективы развития педагогических технологий вконтексте модернизации системы образования Республики Узбекистан. Проанализированыключевые направления реформ, инициированных Президентом Ш.М. Мирзиёевым, включаяцифровизацию образовательного процесса, внедрение интерактивных методов обучения иповышение профессиональной компетентности педагогов. Особое внимание уделеногосударственной Концепции развития системы народного образования до 2030 года и её роли вформировании конкурентоспособного молодого поколения. Подчеркивается, что педагогическиетехнологии выступают важнейшим инструментом реализации стратегии «Человеческий капитал —основа устойчивого развития». Определены преимущества и вызовы внедрения инноваций, а такжеобозначены перспективы дальнейшего совершенствования образовательной среды. 

This article examines the prospects for the development of pedagogical technologies in the context of the modernization of the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the key areas of reform initiated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, including the digitalization of the educational process, the introduction of interactive teaching methods, and the enhancement of teachers' professional competence. Particular attention is paid to the state Concept for the Development of the Public Education System until 2030 and its role in developing a competitive younger generation. It emphasizes that pedagogical technologies are a crucial tool for implementing the "Human Capital - the Foundation of Sustainable Development" strategy. The advantages and challenges of implementing innovations are identified, and prospects for further improvement of the educational environment are outlined.

Ushbu maqolada O'zbekiston Respublikasi ta'lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish sharoitida pedagogik texnologiyalarni rivojlantirish istiqbollari ko'rib chiqiladi. Unda Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyev tomonidan boshlangan islohotlarning asosiy yo'nalishlari, jumladan, ta'lim jarayonini raqamlashtirish, interaktiv o'qitish usullarini joriy etish va o'qituvchilarning kasbiy malakasini oshirish tahlil qilinadi. 2030-yilgacha Xalq ta'limi tizimini rivojlantirish davlat konsepsiyasi va uning raqobatbardosh yosh avlodni tarbiyalashdagi roliga alohida e'tibor qaratilgan. Unda pedagogik texnologiyalar "Inson kapitali - barqaror rivojlanish poydevori" strategiyasini amalga oshirishning muhim vositasi ekanligi ta'kidlangan. Innovatsiyalarni joriy etishning afzalliklari va qiyinchiliklari aniqlangan hamda ta'lim muhitini yanada takomillashtirish istiqbollari bayon etilgan.
