Effect of the mechanical and technological properties of coarse-stemmed feeds on their chopping quality and energy performance

The article presents information on the number of cattle, sheep, and poultry in our Republic, as well as the content of protein, mineral salts, carotene, calcium, phosphorus, and sodium in the hay, straw, corn stalks, and sunflower stems included in coarse feed.Based on the results of the conducted research, it has been established that it is necessary to consider the main mechanical and technological properties of coarse-grained feed, the size characteristics of the crushed straw obtained in various industrial-based grinders, and the influence of static forces on plant stems.

В статье представлена информация о поголовье крупного рогатого скота, овец и птицы в нашей Республике, а также о содержании протеина, минеральных солей, каротина, кальция, фосфора и натрия в составе сена, соломы, стеблей кукурузы и подсолнечника, входящих в состав грубых кормов.По результатам проведенных исследований установлено, что необходимо учитывать основные механико-технологические свойства грубостебельных кормов, характеристики размеров измельченной соломы, получаемой в различных измельчителях на промышленной основе, влияние статических сил на стебли растений.

Maqolada respublikamizdagi mollar, qo‘ylar va parrandalarning bosh soni, dag‘al ozuqalarga kiruvchi pichan, somon, makkajo‘xori va kungaboqar poyalari tarkibidagi protein, mineral tuzlar, karotin, kalsiy, fosfor va natriy elementlari haqida ma’lumotlar berilgan.Olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalari bo‘yicha dag‘al poyali ozuqalarning asosiy mexanik-texnologik xususiyatlari, sanoat asosida har xil maydalagichlarda olinadigan maydalangan somon o‘lchamlari tavsiflari, o‘simlik poyasiga statik kuchlarning ta’sirini hisobga olish kerakligi aniqlangan.
