ARCS MOTIVATSIYA MODELI: TA’LIM JARAYONIDA O‘QUV MOTIVATSIYASINI SHAKLLANTIRISH VA SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH USULLARI

Ushbu maqola o‘quvchilarning ta’lim jarayoniga bo‘lgan qiziquvchanligi, faolligi vamotivatsiyasini shakllantirish, mustahkamlash va saqlashga qaratilgan ARCS motivatsiya modelinio‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Amerikalik psixolog va ta’lim texnologi Jon Keller tomonidan ishlab chiqilganushbu model diqqat (Attention), ahamiyat (Relevance), ishonch (Confidence) va qoniqish (Satisfaction)kabi to‘rtta asosiy komponentni o‘z ichiga oladi. Maqolada modelning har bir bosqichining mohiyati,ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi va ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llash yo‘llari tahlil etilgan. Shuningdek, har birstrategiyaga doir uslubiyatlar batafsil yoritilib, o‘qituvchilarga o‘quv jarayonini yanada samarali tashkiletish uchun metodik tavsiyalar berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ARCS modelining o‘quvchilarning kognitiv vaaffektiv sohalariga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatish orqali ta’lim samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyatini ko‘rsatadi. 

This article is devoted to the study of the ARCS motivation model, which is aimed at forming, strengthening and maintaining students' interest, activity and motivation in the educational process. Developed by the American psychologist and educational technologist John Keller, this model includes four main components: Attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction. The article analyzes the essence of each stage of the model, their interrelationships and ways of applying it in the educational process. Also, the methodologies for each strategy are described in detail, and teachers are given methodological recommendations for more effective organization of the educational process. The results of the study show the importance of the ARCS model in increasing educational effectiveness by positively influencing the cognitive and affective spheres of students.

Данная статья посвящена изучению мотивационной модели ARCS, направленной на формирование, укрепление и поддержание интереса, активности и мотивации учащихся в образовательном процессе. Разработанная американским психологом и специалистом по образовательным технологиям Джоном Келлером, эта модель включает четыре основных компонента: Внимание, Релевантность, Уверенность и Удовлетворенность. В статье анализируется сущность каждого этапа модели, их взаимосвязи и способы применения в образовательном процессе. Также подробно описаны методики каждой стратегии, и даны методические рекомендации для учителей по более эффективной организации образовательного процесса. Результаты исследования показывают важность модели ARCS в повышении эффективности обучения за счет положительного влияния на познавательную и аффективную сферы учащихся.
