Abstract

The article examines the topic “QARA MIYWELI ARONIYA (ARONIA MELANOCARPA L.) plantNE”. The study summarizes scientific approaches, practical findings and conclusions related to ecology, agriculture, desertification and food security.

В статье рассматривается тема «QARA MIYWELI ARONIYA (ARONIA MELANOCARPA L.) растениеNE». В работе обобщены научные подходы, практические результаты и выводы, связанные с экологией, сельским хозяйством, опустыниванием и продовольственной безопасностью.

Aroniyanıń 10% muǵdarın glyukoza, fruktoza hám sorbit spirti quraydı. Ol insanlarda qantlı diabet keselligi waqtında qant muǵdarın sezilerli dárejede kemeytiw qásiyetine iye. Aroniya miywesi quramındaǵı antotsian pigmentleriniń ortasha muǵdarı 6,4% ti quraydı. Aroniya ateroskleroz menen awırıytuǵın nawxaslardıń qanındaǵı xolesterindi túsiriwge járdem beredi.
