Abstract
This study examines the differences between online and offline language learning, focusing on their effectiveness in developing learners’ language skills. With the rapid growth of digital technologies, online learning has become increasingly popular, while traditional faceto-face instruction remains widely used. This paper uses a qualitative literature review to compare the advantages, limitations, and pedagogical implications of both modes. The findings suggest that while online learning offers flexibility and accessibility, offline learning provides stronger interaction and immediate feedback. The study concludes that a blended approach is the most effective strategy for modern language education.
