Аннотация
This article discusses the issues of personnel policy in the aviation transport system of Uzbekistan during the years of independence. It presents critical views on the obstacles to the development of the industry caused by some problems and shortcomings inherited from the Soviet regime, as well as the reforms implemented to overcome them and the results achieved.
В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы кадровой политики в системе воздушного транспорта Узбекистана в годы независимости. Приводятся критические замечания о проблемах и недостатках, унаследованных от советской системы, которые стали препятствием для развития отрасли, а также о реформах, направленных на их устранение, и достигнутых результатах.
