ÒQITUVCHILARNING RAQAMLI MADANIYATINI RIVOJLANTIRISH: MUOMO VA YECHIMLAR

Mazkur maqolada o‘qituvchilarning raqamli madaniyatini rivojlantirishning nazariyva amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining ta’lim tizimiga chuqur kiribkelishi natijasida an’anaviy o‘qitish modeli raqamli paradigmaga o‘tmoqda. Tadqiqotda raqamlimadaniyatning ta’lim jarayoniga ta’siri, o‘qituvchilarning raqamli kompetensiyasini shakllantirish, mavjudmuammolar va ularning yechim yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030”strategiyasi doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning o‘rni va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Natijalar shuniko‘rsatadiki, o‘qituvchilarning raqamli kompetensiyasini oshirish, interaktiv va masofaviy o‘qitishvositalaridan samarali foydalanish ta’lim samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. 

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing teachers' digital culture. As a result of the deep penetration of information and communication technologies into the education system, the traditional teaching model is transitioning to a digital paradigm. The study examines the impact of digital culture on the educational process, the formation of teachers' digital competence, existing problems and ways to solve them. It also highlights the role and importance of the reforms being implemented within the framework of the "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030" strategy. The results show that increasing teachers' digital competence and the effective use of interactive and distance learning tools significantly increase the effectiveness of education.

В данной статье анализируются теоретические и практические аспекты развития цифровой культуры учителей. В результате глубокого проникновения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в систему образования традиционная модель обучения переходит в цифровую парадигму. В исследовании рассматривается влияние цифровой культуры на образовательный процесс, формирование цифровой компетентности учителей, существующие проблемы и пути их решения. Также освещается роль и важность реформ, реализуемых в рамках стратегии «Цифровой Узбекистан – 2030». Результаты показывают, что повышение цифровой компетентности учителей и эффективное использование интерактивных и дистанционных средств обучения значительно повышают эффективность образования.
