Mazkur maqolada o’qituvchi kasbiy faoliyatida muloqot madaniyati vapsixologiyasining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Unda pedagogik muloqotning mazmuni, uslublari, shuningdek,psixologik yondashuvlarning ta’lim jarayonidagi o’rni tahlil qilinadi. This article highlights the importance of communication culture and psychology in the professional activity of a teacher. It analyzes the content, methods of pedagogical communication, as well as the role of psychological approaches in the educational process. It also discusses the speech culture, emotional stability, and interpersonal competencies that a teacher should have. The role of communication between school, family, and neighborhood in the quality of education is also considered separately. В данной статье подчеркивается важность культуры общения и психологии в профессиональной деятельности учителя. Анализируются содержание и методы педагогического общения, а также роль психологических подходов в образовательном процессе. Рассматриваются также культура речи, эмоциональная устойчивость и межличностные компетенции, которыми должен обладать учитель. Отдельно рассматривается роль общения между школой, семьей и соседями в качестве образования. Статья основана на действующих законодательных документах и ​​работах Президента.
