Development of financial marketplaces in the context of the formation of Uzbekistan's digital economy

The article investigates the essence of the financial marketplace, the specifics of its functioning, and the relevance of incorporating these digital platforms into the modern financial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper characterizes the structure of the financial marketplace alongside its key participants. Furthermore, the study outlines the core advantages of utilizing financial platforms while examining the existing constraints and barriers that impede the full-scale development of such solutions within the country. In conclusion, it is argued that the subsequent evolution and popularization of financial marketplaces will substantially streamline the acquisition of financial products and services for consumers.

В статье исследуется сущность финансового маркетплейса, особенности его функционирования, а также актуальность внедрения данных цифровых платформ в современную финансовую систему Республики Узбекистан. В работе представлена характеристика структуры финансового маркетплейса и его ключевых участников. Раскрываются основные преимущества использования финансовых маркетплейсов, а также рассматриваются существующие ограничения и барьеры, сдерживающие полноценное развитие подобных платформ в стране. В заключении делается вывод о том, что дальнейшее развитие и популяризация финансовых маркетплейсов будут способствовать существенному упрощению процесса получения финансовых продуктов и услуг для потребителей.

Maqolada moliyaviy marketpleysning mohiyati, uning faoliyat ko‘rsatish xususiyatlari hamda ushbu raqamli platformalarni O‘zbekiston Respublikasining zamonaviy moliya tizimiga joriy etishning dolzarbligi tadqiq etiladi. Ishda moliyaviy marketpleys tuzilmasi va uning asosiy ishtirokchilari tavsiflab berilgan. Moliyaviy marketpleyslardan foydalanishning asosiy afzalliklari ochib beriladi, shuningdek, bunday platformalarning mamlakatda to‘laqonli rivojlanishiga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan mavjud cheklovlar va to‘siqlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yakunda moliyaviy marketpleyslarni yanada rivojlantirish va ommalashtirish iste’molchilar uchun moliyaviy mahsulot va xizmatlarni olish jarayonini sezilarli darajada soddalashtirishga xizmat qilishi haqida xulosa chiqariladi.
