Аннотация

Ventral hernias, or hernias of the abdominal wall, represent an important medical problem faced by both physicians and patients. This defect can seriously affect a person's quality of life and requires careful attention. In this article we examine in detail the causes of ventral hernias, their main symptoms, diagnostic methods and modern approaches to their treatment.
