Relationship between irritable bowel syndrome symptoms and psycho-emotional state in students

The article examines the relationship between irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and the psycho-emotional state of students. An online survey was conducted as part of the study, in which 56 students took part. Based on the survey results, the relationship between symptoms characteristic of irritable bowel syndrome, stress, anxiety, mood changes and other psycho-emotional factors was analyzed. The results make it possible to assess the interrelation between IBS symptoms and the psycho-emotional state.

В статье изучена взаимосвязь синдрома раздражённого кишечника (СРК) и психоэмоционального состояния студентов. В рамках исследования проведён онлайн-опрос, в котором приняли участие 56 студентов. На основе результатов опроса проанализирована связь между симптомами, характерными для синдрома раздражённого кишечника, стрессом, тревогой, изменениями настроения и другими психоэмоциональными факторами. Результаты исследования позволяют оценить взаимосвязь симптомов СРК и психоэмоционального состояния.

Ushbu maqolada ta’sirlangan ichak sindromi (TIS) va talabalarning psixoemotsional holati o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot doirasida onlayn so‘rovnoma o‘tkazilib, unda 56 nafar talaba qatnashdi. So‘rovnoma natijalari asosida ta’sirlangan ichak sindromiga xos belgilar, stress, xavotir, kayfiyat o‘zgarishi va boshqa psixoemotsional omillar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari TIS belgilari va psixoemotsional holat o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni baholash imkonini beradi.
