O‘QUVCHI SHAXSINI RIVOJLANTIRISHDA MENTORLIK (MURABBIYLIK) TEXNOLOGIYASI

Mazkur maqolada o‘quvchi shaxsini har tomonlama rivojlantirish jarayonidamentorlik (murabbiylik) texnologiyasining o‘rni va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Mentorlikning pedagogikjarayondagi roli, uning shaxsga ta’sir ko‘rsatish mexanizmlari, o‘quvchi mustaqilligini shakllantirishdagiimkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’limda murabbiylik faoliyatini tashkil etishningsamarali usullari, psixologik va metodik yondashuvlar asosida o‘quvchi shaxsini rivojlantirishga xizmatqiluvchi omillar ko‘rib chiqiladi. 

This article discusses the role and importance of mentoring technology in the process of comprehensive development of the student's personality. The role of mentoring in the pedagogical process, its mechanisms of influence on the personality, and its potential for forming student independence are analyzed. Also, effective methods of organizing mentoring activities in modern education, factors contributing to the development of the student's personality based on psychological and methodological approaches are considered.

В данной статье рассматривается роль и значение технологий наставничества в процессе всестороннего развития личности студента. Анализируется роль наставничества в педагогическом процессе, механизмы его влияния на личность и потенциал формирования самостоятельности студента. Также рассматриваются эффективные методы организации наставнической деятельности в современном образовании, факторы, способствующие развитию личности студента, с точки зрения психолого-методологических подходов.
