Mazkur maqola mustaqillik yillarida Farg‘ona vodiysi viloyatlaridagi mehnat bozori va bu borada olib borilgan davlat siyosati masalalari muhokama qilingan. Sovet tuzumida mavjud bo‘lgan rejali iqtisodiyotdan bozor munosabatlariga o‘tishdagi muammolar va bu borada yo‘l qo‘yilgan kamchiliklar to‘g‘risida tanqidiy fikrlar keltirib o‘tilgan.
This article discusses the labor market in the regions of the Fergana Valley during the years of independence and the state policy pursued in this area. Critical remarks are made about the problems and shortcomings in the transition from a planned economy to market relations, which existed under the Soviet system.
В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы рынка труда в областях Ферганской долины в годы независимости и государственная политика, проводимая в этом направлении. Приводятся критические замечания о проблемах и недостатках, возникших при переходе от плановой экономики, существовавшей в советской системе, к рыночным отношениям.
This article discusses the labor market in the regions of the Fergana Valley during the years of independence and the state policy pursued in this area.
