INTEGRATIV YONDASHUV ASOSIDA BO‘LAJAK O‘QITUVCHILARNING KASBIY TAYYORGARLIGINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini integrativyondashuv asosida takomillashtirish masalasi ICLHE (Integrated Content and Language in HigherEducation) modeli misolida tahlil qilinadi. ICLHE yondashuvi – oliy ta’limda mazmun va tilintegratsiyasiga asoslangan o‘qitish tizimi bo‘lib, o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy, kommunikativ va metodiktayyorgarligini kompleks rivojlantirishni nazarda tutadi. Maqolada mazkur modelning nazariy asoslari,shuningdek, Doiz, natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, integrativ yondashuv o‘qituvchilarda til va fan mazmuniniuyg‘un o‘zlashtirish, dars jarayonini ijodiy tashkil etish va talabalar bilan samarali muloqot o‘rnatishko‘nikmalarini shakllantiradi. 

This article analyzes the issue of improving the professional training of future teachers based on an integrative approach using the ICLHE (Integrated Content and Language in Higher Education) model. The ICLHE approach is a teaching system based on the integration of content and language in higher education, which involves the comprehensive development of teachers' professional, communicative and methodological training. The article presents the theoretical foundations of this model, as well as the results show that the integrative approach forms the skills of teachers to harmoniously master the content of the language and subject, creatively organize the teaching process, and establish effective communication with students.

В данной статье анализируется вопрос повышения квалификации будущих преподавателей на основе интегративного подхода с использованием модели ICLHE (Интегрированное содержание и язык в высшем образовании). Подход ICLHE представляет собой систему обучения, основанную на интеграции содержания и языка в высшем образовании, которая предполагает всестороннее развитие профессиональной, коммуникативной и методической подготовки преподавателей. В статье представлены теоретические основы данной модели, а также результаты показывают, что интегративный подход формирует у преподавателей навыки гармоничного освоения содержания языка и предмета, творческой организации учебного процесса и установления эффективной коммуникации со студентами.
