Abstract

This article presents information about the selection methodology and early orientation by types of wrestling (judo, freestyle wrestling, Greco-Roman wrestling, belt wrestling, wrestling), as well as about the age periods of selection by types of wrestling, training features, the role and significance in the selection and orientation of physical qualities.
