Economic opportunities for the territorial specialization of desert rangelands in the Aral Sea region under global climate change

This study interprets data from applied project No. IL-632204175-R2 on the introduction of desert rangeland forage plants on the dried bed of the Aral Sea from the standpoint of regional economics. Criteria for economic decision-making are substantiated that take into account the natural resource constraints of territorial specialization, the potential of seed production and climate risks. Gross revenue scenarios are calculated from the emergence of certain species in the experiment (donoshor, chogon and balikkoz), the harvest of mature seeds and price ranges. It is shown that these calculations do not represent net profit and that cost data and long-term monitoring are required to determine economic efficiency.

В данном исследовании материалы прикладного проекта № IL-632204175-R2 по интродукции пустынно-пастбищных кормовых растений на осушенном дне Аральского моря интерпретируются с позиций региональной экономики. Обоснованы критерии принятия экономических решений, учитывающие природно-ресурсные ограничения территориальной специализации, потенциал семеноводческой продукции и климатические риски. На основе данных о появлении всходов отдельных видов в опыте (доношур, чогон и баликкуз), сборе созревших семян и ценовых диапазонов рассчитаны сценарии валовой выручки. Показано, что полученные расчёты не отражают чистую прибыль и что для определения экономической эффективности необходимы сведения о затратах и многолетний мониторинг.

Ushbu tadqiqotda Orol dengizining qurigan tubida cho‘l-yaylov ozuqabop o‘simliklarini introduksiya qilish bo‘yicha IL-632204175-R2-sonli amaliy loyiha ma’lumotlari mintaqaviy iqtisodiyot nuqtayi nazaridan talqin qilinadi. Hududiy ixtisoslashuvning tabiiy-resurs cheklovlari, urug‘chilik mahsuloti salohiyati va iqlimiy xavflarni hisobga oluvchi iqtisodiy qaror mezonlari asoslanadi. Tajribada ayrim turlarning (donosho‘r, chogon hamda baliqko‘z) unib chiqishi va yetilgan urug‘larning yig‘ib olinishi va baho diapazonlari yordamida yalpi tushum ssenariylari hisoblanadi. Olingan hisob-kitoblar sof foyda emasligi, iqtisodiy samaradorlikni aniqlash uchun xarajatlar va ko‘p yillik monitoring zarurligi ko‘rsatiladi.
