COMPOSITION OF EMBASSIES IN THE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS OF THE KOKON KHAN

This article analyzes the diplomatic relations conducted within the framework of the foreign policy of the Kokand Khanate and the composition of the embassies that participated in these relations. In particular, the socio-administrative status of the embassy delegations, their tasks, number, composition of the personnel and their level of training are studied on the basis of historical sources. The article also highlights the specific aspects of the foreign policy of the Kokand Khanate, the place and role of ambassadors in negotiations with neighboring states. The study serves as an important source and scientific basis for illuminating the practice of embassies, especially in the 18th-19th centuries.

В статье анализируются дипломатические отношения, осуществлявшиеся в рамках внешней политики Кокандского ханства, и состав посольств, участвовавших в этих отношениях. В частности, на основе исторических источников исследуются социально-административный статус посольских делегаций, их задачи, численность, состав личного состава и уровень подготовки. Также освещаются особенности внешней политики Кокандского ханства, место и роль послов в переговорах с соседними государствами. Исследование служит важным источником и научной базой для освещения практики посольств, особенно в XVIII–XIX веках.

Mazkur maqolada Qo‘qon xonligining tashqi siyosati doirasida olib borilgan diplomatik aloqalar va ushbu aloqalarda ishtirok etgan elchiliklar tarkibi tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, elchilik delegatsiyalarining ijtimoiy-ma’muriy maqomi, ularning vazifalari, soni, tarkibidagi shaxslar va ularning tayyorlanish darajasi tarixiy manbalar asosida o‘rganiladi. Maqolada Qo‘qon xonligi tashqi siyosatining o‘ziga xos jihatlari, qo‘shni davlatlar bilan olib borilgan muzokaralarda elchilar tutgan o‘rni va roli ham yoritiladi. Tadqiqot, ayniqsa, 18–19-asrlardagi elchilik amaliyotini yoritishda muhim manba va ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
