ROSSIYA IMPERIYASINING NAMANGAN UYEZDIDA SUD-HUQUQ TIZIMINING O‘RNATILISHI

Ushbu maqolada XIX asrning ikkinchi yarmida Namangan uyezdida Rossiyaimperiyasi tomonidan joriy etilgan sud-huquq tizimi tarixiy jihatdan tahlil etiladi. Unda yangi ma’muriyboshqaruv tizimining shakllanishi, sudlarning tuzilishi va vakolatlari, “Turkiston o‘lkasini idora qilishto‘g‘risidagi Nizom” asosida amalga oshirilgan huquqiy islohotlar yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda mirovoy sud,viloyat sudlari hamda xalq sudlarining o‘rni va faoliyati tahlil qilinib, ularning mahalliy jamiyat hayotigata’siri ko‘rsatib berilgan. 

This article provides a historical analysis of the judicial system introduced by the Russian Empire in the Namangan region in the second half of the 19th century. It covers the formation of a new administrative-administrative system, the structure and powers of the courts, and the legal reforms implemented on the basis of the “Regulations on the Administration of the Turkestan Region”. The study analyzes the role and activities of the civil court, regional courts, and people's courts, and shows their impact on the life of local society.

В данной статье представлен исторический анализ судебной системы, введенной Российской империей в Наманганской области во второй половине XIX века. Рассматривается формирование новой административно-административной системы, структура и полномочия судов, а также правовые реформы, проведенные на основе «Постановления об управлении Туркестанской областью». В исследовании анализируется роль и деятельность гражданского суда, областных судов и народных судов, а также показано их влияние на жизнь местного общества.
